Welcome to Mother of Mercy Campus of Care! We are located at 230 Church Avenue in Albany, Minnesota, in central Minnesota just minutes west of St. Cloud.
In 2008 Mother of Mercy celebrated 50 years of dedicated service to the community. Our mission as a community of concerned professionals is to provide the best quality of life for those entrusted to us. We accomplish this mission by maintaining high standards of care for all, in a home-like atmosphere, which addresses each individual’s physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Mother of Mercy has continued its excellence throughout the past 50 Years by providing a continuum of health and residential services for many older adults.
While visiting our site, be sure to look over the many services we provide at Mother of Mercy Nursing Home, Mother of Mercy Assisted Living and Memory Lane, and Mercy Manor and Mercy Manor II.
Also in 2008, Mother of Mercy began a new building project which includes a 3rd floor addition to the existing nursing home. The new floor will have 20 private rooms with a private bathroom in each. The therapy department will also be moved to the new 3rd floor. Floors 1 and 2 of the home will be remodeled to enhance the dining and activities rooms. We will end up with 25 beds on 1st floor and 31 beds on 2nd floor. Upon completion of the project we will have 44 private rooms and 16 double occupancy rooms.
We will also remodel much of the common space throughout our buildings. For example the activity room near Physical Therapy will be converted to a “Community Room” for tenants, volunteers, and visitors to use. We will also add one apartment where Physical Therapy is currently located. The Welcome Room will be converted to more of a lobby style room. Some offices will be relocated to that area as well. And, our Chapel space will be expanded to better support our needs for quality worship and large group activities or meetings.
